Step 1: Request Your Reservation

Complete our online Request a Reservation form with your event details.

We'll review your request and verify that your date is available.

Step 2: Availability Confirmation

If your requested date is available, we'll send you:

✔ A confirmation email

✔ Your Rental Agreement for electronic signature

✔ A secure payment invoice

Step 3: Sign & Pay

Electronically sign your Rental Agreement and pay either:

• Your $100 non-refundable reservation deposit, or

• The full rental balance

Once we receive both, your reservation is officially confirmed!

Step 4: We'll Coordinate Your Soft Serve Mix

We'll estimate how much Sara Ann Vanilla Soft Serve Mix you'll need based on your guest count.

We'll place the order with the Hy-Vee or Fareway most convenient for you. Simply let us know which store you'd like to use and the date you'd like to pick up your mix. Payment for the mix is made directly to the grocery store.

Step 5: We Deliver & Set Up

On the day of your event, we'll:

✔ Deliver the machine

✔ Professionally set it up

✔ Demonstrate how it works

✔ Review basic operating instructions

✔ Answer any questions

Step 6: Enjoy Your Event!

Serve delicious soft serve and make sweet memories!

Step 7: Quick Rinse & We'll Pick It Up

When your event is over:

✔ Empty any remaining mix

✔ Run warm water through the machine until mostly clear

✔ Wipe the exterior with the provided microfiber cloth

We'll return at the scheduled time to pick up the equipment and take care of all the deep cleaning and sanitizing.
